[post yoga weavings]
the intention is to let go of what no longer serves, the heart is open and the spine is tall. i walked with a tall spine today. i have been doing a lot of walking me and the cement me and the sidewalks and the leaves the bricks and the cracks. the world the city looks different from feet. but maybe it all just looks different now. fall back new moon hey hi ho here i go what else you got.
