ok this is the deal. i'm breaking away from my sweeping wordiness to bluntly blantantly state my love and desire for a vitamix. it is the dream machine. i am participating in this giveaway and therefore i choose to participate in posting and promoting this woman. her name is clea shannon. it seems we have parallel interests. holistic nutrition and breath. she is sort of doing what i want to be doing. taking care and nurturing nourishing simply. i have a passion for simple pure foods. i do. and i need the tools for it. here is the happy day vitamix contest. i mean it's even called happy day. that is great. c'mon. i tried one of her recipes but made a little modification. instead of oats i used ground up buckwheat. it has high levels of magnesium and more raw than oats, as they are heated in the process of rolling. pumpkin pie for breakfast. yum. i really hope i win. i would jump up and down. and make a t shirt that has me holding my vitamix in a bear hug. ok that is cheesy. please i just hope i win. please.
