the end of 2008 was a strange day. evening came and i thought to keep to myself. then i found myself at my other home. i was welcomed with open arms by lovely individuals and radiant faces. the clock was ticking and my expectations yelled. i raced on my bicycle only to hear noise makers. when i arrived the clock had struck. all i had wanted was a kiss. there was dancing on the roof and the sky was green for moments as the color bursts blew above the rectangles. we continued to the other side of town where the real noise making ensued.
